Burross & Associates, Inc. acts as the “Owner’s Agent” to provide construction and project management services from project conception to move-in and operation.
Representative services include initial condition assessments and inspections of existing buildings, as well as site selection activities for new construction. Our team manages all phases of planning, budgeting, and scheduling for any project, from a single renovation or a new building to a full prototype rollout program.
As the Owner’s Agent, we manage all vendors including, but not limited to, the architect/engineer team, the general contractor, vendors for testing, equipment, furnishings, signage, safety and security. During design, we are heavily involved with the operations team to determine flow and facility layout and constructibility reviews of drawings. Site visits occur to insure the project is constructed on time and within budget and according to the construction drawings.
We provide site inspections, progress reports, and progress photographs. Burross manages, reviews, and approves all change orders and pay requests on behalf of the owner. We spend time on site to coordinate all furnishings and equipment installations, conduct punchlist inspections, and review all project closeout documents.
